So I'm new to this. Just came across this by searching for answers on the web. Hopefully someone on here can answer my question or had the same problem. I replace the liftgate latch about 8 months ago and everything was working fine until 2 days ago my wife open the power lift gate with the button on the back, but she couldn't close it automatically. She had to manually close it. Can anyone point me to the write direction on this
