It is rare to find the 4.10 gears. They usually come with the 3.73 gears and for the 2wd it is better with the 3.73 gears. I priced the gears for my F250 and they wanted close to 1200 includes install the gears are about 500 the rest is labor. I fortunatley bought a hoe with the 4.10 gears and glad that I did. My avg mpg is 14 and I step on it all the time. I do have the Airaid system and a magnaflow exhaust. If you can find one with 4.10 gears get it or if you are going to order one let them know you want the 4.10 gears.
