I agree, I've seen plenty on dealer lots that don't quite line up. Sort of like my 2004 Ford Lightning front bumper, it's not perfectly straight (different gap on each side of bumper), but I'm not complaining. It looks fine the way it is.

Oh, my Tahoe has some mis-alignment on the front fascia as well (not that this makes you feel any better). I'm not going to worry about it because I don't think it's noticeable and other can't even tell.

This is no minor malalignment. The friggin bumper sticks out by more than a 1/2 inch.

 

Hot news flash::::: 1/2 an inch IS a minor misalignment!

What I would do is; I would suit the living jellybeans out of the poor bastards!
Then I’d get my wife some driving instruction so she’d quit running into stuff.

Now if you wanna hold your laptop up to the damaged area I'll see if I can't fix it real quick.

 

Fixed!! Just got it back from the dealer and they said it had a faulty bracket.

 

What is a faulty bracket? Does the fastener (screw, clip, whatever) slip on the bracket, was the bracket bent or brocken? Did they have to R/I the fascia? I'm interested in case I can do the fix myself...Thanks. I'm glad that you finally got resolution to this.
