How weak are these factory transfer cases? Is that going to be an issue for me as well?
How much power am I losing by running through the transfer case too?

You will probably need to upgrade the whole drive train including the transfer case. RPM also does micropolishing which will help add HP to the tires and improve the overall life of the drive train.

Hard to say but what it does is remove stress risers which are where cracks start. There is a new cyrogenic treatment that involves cold soaking a part at extremely low temps and that strengthens it.
