Anyone else having problems with their rear hatch/door? Mine is making a noise that sounds like it is skipping and wont open on its own. Also has anyone had a problem with theirs not wanting to start with the remote starter in the extreme cold? Mine sometimes will start then shutdown.

Welcome to the forum. Do a search on your hatch issue. There have been a few threads lately. I believe there is a warning in the manual about the remote hatch not working well if its super cold outside.

HOw long is your engine starting before it shuts down?

 

Try opening the liftgate all of the way then hitting the power switch to operate it. If that doesn't work then close it all the way and hit the button. Once it is off it has to recatch and yours may not have.
