its mentioned that JP makes a conversion kit.. i dont know if this means they just sell the OEM rack or an actualy kit that allows it to be installed on a tahoe.
considering the yahoe and yukon share the same rack..i think the denali rack would fit straight up.
scott, im interested in cross rails.so if you have some on your truck i would be willing to buy them.

Hi. Yes, I will have the black cross rails available when I put the other rack on. So your saying to go for the Yukon Denali chrome roof rack then? It is a direct fit?

Hi. So can someone help me out with a straight answer? Will either the OEM Yukon or Escalade chrome roof bars, direct fit on the Tahoe? Please advise.

Hi. Alright, sounds good. Do both the Yukon & Escalade both come with the same chrome roof rack then? Same perfect bolt on fitment as well? Please advise.

colin - I have just successfully installed the Escalade roof rack on my Tahoe with a little help from our friend Jeff (jazejeff). If you are interested in installing the roof rack pm Jeff and he will get you setup. You can see his racks here...

It is a direct bolt on to the existing holes on the Tahoe...no drilling required!! I will post pictures in the next couple of days, so keep your eyes out for them. I definitely recommend this upgrade as I think it looks awesome and for sure recommend getting these from Jeff. Stay tuned...

Escalade and Denali Roof Racks are the same.
they fit into Yukons or Tahoes withoutany modifications .
Also I've heard from several people that last year Escalade roof rack fit into 07 Tahoes Suburbans Yukons, I took a closer look my self once, while I was doing some work at Cady dealership, they did look same to me.
Andthey are cheaper too.
