So it only took one hour to remove and replace everything? Great how easy was it? Seems like it is a lot of work for one person, unless you know exactly what you are doing. Thanks for the info.

If you want you can take the hole headlight out. Or you can just take the bolts that are on top of the headlight housing that attaches to the car and jiggle the headlight housing a little out. There is a plastic clip that holds the the headlight housing near the left of the housing. Its a tight fit but its do able I did it like that. Also you can hide the ballasts right behind the headlight housing. Its not that hard.. And it looks great....

It does look great and would like to do it as well. How much and where did you get them. Is there also a replacement for the fog lights?

Pardon my ignorance on HID's, but why buy this kit for $350 plus shipping when I can get an HID kit off of Ebay for about $200 shipped with a 3 year warranty? Is it really worth the extra doe? I'm interested in getting these for my wife for Christmas and was wondering.

I guess $200 bucks is a great deal Just make sure of the the warrenty. I spent almost one hole day looking at different websites. This company was the only one that other retail stores carried. So there for i thought if those companys chosed this company they might be good. But your right you can try a differnt company let me know if they are good. Either way im sure they will look better than stock. Oh also tec support was very helpfull and knowledgable. Something to look at..

Don't forget that you usually get what you pay for, a lesson I've learned way too many times. []

The whole project took me about 5 hours. I was super careful with everything. I wanted to make sure it was a clean install. Which it was. Now to take off the headlight there is 3 screws, not 2 like he meantioned. The top ones are obviouos, but there is a 3rd one under the bumper. If you dont remove that one....then there is a great chance you will crack the headlight and need to buy a new one. I paid $500 for my kit, but I have Philips everything. I settle for nothing but the best. Why try to nickel and dime it if you already paid 30k plus for your tahoe??
