i have two sweeks in my truck I want to try to fix since I don't feel like taking it to the dealer...

the drivers' door in the front area when going over bumps and or opening / closing, the plastic trim rubs somewhere 'in' the door... does anyone have the PDFs of the FSM they could post for me?

also the right rear window scrapes the plastic trim on the out side of the truck... any ideas on taking that apart would be great!
