1985 hp vacuum hose hook up
First off this is my first post on this forum, I greatly appreciate the amount of knowledge I find on these forums. Thanks to all. Ok, I have a 1985 surbaban 1/2 ton 4x4, 350 chevy, automatic w/ overdrive. 35" mudders, ect.... I have recently installed a edelbrock performer intake, Performer 650cfm carb. There is no smog stuff on the truck. The vacuum hoses were a mess. Does any body know how to route the vacuum, so as to hook up cruise controll, pcv, a/c ect.. it still has the canisters and the globe vacuum watchamaclit. I don't want to reinstall all the emissions stuff. but do want my a/c, cruise ect.. to work. Any diagrams or explanations on how this stuff operates off vaccum would be appreciated. Thanks again.

OLD THREAD!
Yes, but a very good question.
I'm about to install the very same manifold on my 1985, 2wd, 1/2 ton 'burban. Plan to use either my rebuilt Quadrajet or maybe a 600cfm vac secondary Edelbrock/ Carter on it.
In any case, I can live without the cruise & A/C, but they would be nice.
Any vacuum experts? Particularly where cruise control is concerned?
