Hey y’all I’m new here. I have 91 Suburban I am trying to get started up. I believe the VATS system was triggered the last time she was shut down. I put a fresh battery in and I can turn the ignition on but I get no lights or anything. Headlights and whatnot work. There is a starter bypass that also works, it will crank the engine, but I still have no fuel or spark so it won’t start. Any help would be much appreciated and if you think it is something other than VATS please let me know. And yes this thing has been jimmy rigged to high heck and back. I am frustrated and just want to get this beauty purring again. Thank you in advance.
