So I did my master cyl yesterday and noticed a large bracket about 8" x 12" on the drivers inner fender beside the washer fluid. Beside the large bracket was two plugs. A smaller plug with two 10 or 12 gauge wires, female blade connection for hot and ground. The other has about 7-10 wires in a molex connector. I am wondering what is supposed to be mounted to that bracket. It looks very factory, not homemade.

I'll try to get some pictures if no one figures it out before then.
