Default 1994 Suburban stall problem

I have a 1994 Suburban 5.7L K1500. Periodically it stalls at highway speed. Stall is the only word I can use to describe the problem. It actually only stalls for a split second. during this time the panel lights go off. Everything comes back on immediately.

I have had the EGR replaced 3 times. No codes. Fuel pressure is good. MAP, IAC and other items check good. I also found numerous posts on other websites with same problem but can't find anyone who has an answer. The dealership is stumped and I'm tired of pouring money into it. Other than the occassional problem, the truck runs fine.

I am currently checking all electrical plugs for a short. I have already checked all grounding straps to the frame.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
