I forgot to add too that it will only do it in a gear. I sat in the car idling for 30 mins no problems as soon as I put it in gear to go it started the bogging down.

After dark, in dark look for some arcing along spark plug leads. If need be, use assistant, reverse, break and throttle to apply some load while looking.

Does your transmission use a vacuum modulator valve for shifting? If so, I'd look at that. I am, again, not that "up" on newer cars. My 96 Lumina uses a vacuum modulator valve why I ask.

Get your fuel pressure checked. And that full tank will weigh close to 300 lbs. Better drain it.

You might want to ohm your wires out to see if one of the new ones shorted out. I bought a cheap pair of plug wires once, ran great then started missing out, lost power. come to find out it was the new plug wire broke down. Have you done a compression test on the cylinders?
