Default 1996 tahoe- sounds like the turn signals on

For about the last 2 months my tahoe has been making a sound that sounds exactly like the ticking sound you hear from your turn signals. It is coming from the same area and ticks at the same speed. It is going most of the time now. When I push my brake pedal or manually activate my trailer brake controls, it will stop. It comes on and off pretty regularly. I have no idea what is causing it or how to stop it. any help would be much appreciated. It is driving me crazy. I'm constantly looking to see if my turn signal is on. HELP!!

Same issue here . but not as regular as if the signal is on. pinpointed mine to the driver footwell and I am fairly certain it is one of the relays down there clicking while driving. but cant really check it since it only happens when driving
