Hey I’m currently building a 98 Tahoe and can’t get it to start for the life of me, engine and trans are rebuilt and everything it there. I can crank but no start. Through the scanner it says there is no pulse width on the injectors. Any help or suggestions is welcome

 

Ok so I can put carb cleaner in the throttle body and she lights, I went back to the computer and bumped the starter and saw pulse width for about one second, it fired then the injectors turned off. Hptuners and a snap on scanner are unable to pull codes from anything
