Default 1999 chevy tahoe-cranks but won't start

I have a 99 chevy tahoe, it cranks over but won't start. I have checked the fuel pump, relay, and fuse, all are good. Getting spark. Was told it could be the Throttle position sensor. I also had a scan done and no codes are showing. Any help would be appreciated.

How do you know that the fuel pump is good? Have you done a fuel pressure check? It may be running but not creating enough pressure.

Haven't done a pressure test yet, doing that today. Replaced the TPS, not problem. Hopefully pressure test will tell me something today.

I'd put my money on fuel pump. My 99 stays garaged since NEW, one day it would not START, no warning. Called the tow truck, sent to NAPA, new pump, no problem since. Use only A/C Delco, you will be glad you did. JMHO

Had the same problem. But mine shut down on the interstate. Went through all that. Then I started checking the wiring harness. Found a short, where a wire was grounding out on the manifold. Put liquid rubber on it the tape and fixed it so it would not do it again. Now my 97 Tahoe is running great.
