Default 1999 chevy tahoe wont start

my 1999 chevy tahoe wont start and i dont know if its the fuel pump i hear a little bit of fuel noise and it will start for 2 seconds then die and it have be there for a month because of this issue what do i need to do please help

Do a fuel pressure test. Spray some gas or starter fluid into the throttle body and if it runs for a few seconds or runs as long as you spray into it, then you will need a fuel pump.

Yep,with above mentioned,so key on,pump is making noise,the buzz?like you always hear?

Just because it is making a noise and sounds like it is running doesn't mean that it is producing enough pressure.
