Default 1999 k1500 sub fuel pressure drops from 60 to 52 after start

1999 suburban 5.7
my fuel pressure while primed is 60 and hold fine. let it sit for like 15 and didnt drop a hair. When its started the fuel pressure goes down to 52 at idle.
should i let it sit longer to see if there is a really slow leak somewhere?
I have a new fuel filter coming tomorrow in the mail and a scan tool.
I ran some seafoam through it and didnt improve any.

is my fuel pressure regulator acting up?

oh and i just put in new spark plugs they looked fine completely dry.

thanks any info helps

Pull the hose off the regulator, no fuel, it's ok. What is the idle rpm? How old is the fuel pump?
