okay I hooked up the pressure tester then turn the key to the on position and it read 60 PSI on the dot

Would you happen to have a picture of the spider? Also, could it possibly be some sort of mass air flow sensor or ignition coil issue preventing it from starting?

Actually I said that wrong it was at 62 psi but when o turn the key into the off position it drops right back back down

How much does the pressure drop after 5min,are there any codes stored? do you have spark? the crank sensors are know for going on these trucks mine did left me in my driveway

Im about to check all of that i did put a little gas through the intake for lack of starting fluid and it did start up for a sec but died shortly after

She had the codes ran 3 weeks ago when the problem started and i got a P0300 P0420

Also i dont know if this has anything to do with it but the gas gauge stopped working a few months ago as well

So it is getting spark and it starting with gas in intake would make it for sure a fuel problemcorrect.

Not getting fuel, yes. This is either fuel pump or injectors not getting pulses to open.

check the fuses ecm-1 and eng-1 theres a similar thread over on the silverado side of this forum might be some info there
