On my 1999 suburban 1500 i have one back window that rolls all the way down and one that does not it only rolls halg way down has been like that since i bought the vehicle in march is there any way to get the other window to roll down i do not know if it has child safety widows or not.. Was wondering if anyone knows before i tear the door apart to figure it out thanks.

 

If you had any limits on your windows, it would be on more than one. Looks like you're going to need to look inside it.
