1999 Suburban C1500 Won't Start

5.7L engine. Has 60 PSI fuel pressure at the rail test point. Seems to have good spark...tested three cylinders. What would be the next thing to check?

Check engine light?? Check with a scanner yet?
Does it try to start/run at all? The more detailed you are the more help the gang will be able to give!
