I picked up a 1999 Suburban 2500 at an auction last week and found out (I didn't look under like I should have) that the front frame horn is completely rusted out and the steering pump which is bolted to the horn is just floating. What would be expected cost for a new front frame horn and then the cost of labor? Is this a big job to do
