I own a 1999 Tahoe Z71. I want to replace the stock intake manifold. The engine is a L31R, 5.7L V8, 350. Gen I. Does anyone know of a direct replacement aftermarket intake? I would like something with better performance but I also want everything to bolt back up to the new intake. Any ideas? Thanks.

I've looked at Edelbrock and can't find what I need. Too may variations and options. I guess I am simple minded...I emailed Edelbrock to see if they can give me a part number. Thanks for the help.

 

I just heard back from Edelbrock and they do not make a replacement intake for my application. Oh well...if anybody else knows of any thing please let me know. I am concerned about the intake and gaskets after hearing all about them problem with them leaking. I am trying to track down a misfire in the engine. The dealership just replaced the intake gaskets and nothing seems to be solving the misfire.
