Ok as i told ya would let you know the compression test.driver 165 psi on all cylinder.pass side 165 psi.on all cylinders and keep in mind this was without oil.and ya the engine was warmed up.what yall suggestion next valve seals guide's?

That would be my guess, you can probably use your compression tester with some slight modifications to it to use compressed air to hold the valves in place as you replace the seals....
You can also try the TDC method but that requires more effort in moving the crank for each cylinder...

All of the seals will cost less than $20... if you pull the heads and take them in it will be pretty inexpensive, HOWEVER you will need to re-install and adjust the valves...
I would call around a few places to get an idea... also consider calling a couple of dealerships as that will give you a reasonable baseline...
Depending on handi-capable you are this is something you could probably do in a weekend... but do your homework and know your specs and processes...
you will need to drain the coolant if you pull the heads... which also means new head gaskets and bolts and pulling the intake...
If you do it on the vehicle you will only need to pull the valve covers and find a method to keep the valves from falling into the cylinder while you remove the rocker assembly and springs and install the new seals....
Even if you do have it done, look up some youtube videos on the topic so you have an understanding of what is being done...
