You can either buy an adapter to put in the spark plug hole for the air compressor or make one by knocking the insulator out of a spark plug and brazing an air fitting to it. Get a valve spring compressor. Remove the valve covers and rocker arms. Apply air to the cylinder to keep the valves from dropping down (they're hard to retrieve, DAMHIK), compress the valve spring, remove the keepers and old seal. Install new seal and keepers and release the valve spring. Rinse and repeat seven more times and replace valve covers w/ new gaskets.
