If I have the correct picture in mind...

The Rotors inadvertently flex some when cornering, just a nature of minor clearance in the Bearings. Could the Shield be a little too close ?
Probably a little bend with a Screwdriver outward, might correct ?

If it wasn't happening beforehand then I would also guess the dust shield might be contacting the rotor...but that should make noise going straight or turning
