I have a 2000 Suburban with issue with the 3rd row seat. Every time my kids try to buckle or when they unbuckle the seat belts get stuck in the locked position. We then spend several minutes pushing the strap all the way back in just to pull it out again. Why is this happening and is there anything I can do to fix it?
