2001 chevy Tahoe 5.3Lt

I want to change coil but i also want to get performance if i do would i have to change anything elseor

I don't think there is anything to gain from changing a coil to gain more HP, It takes more to make more HP.

2x Save your money, Coil will do nothing for power unless yours is bad and misfiring. Bolting on a supercharger or turbo is more power.
