Default 2001 rear passenger door

I need help please. My 2001 Suburban rear passenger door will not open/unlock manually or power and therefore all my passengers have one door that opens and has to climb over the middle seat to get to the 3rd row seating.

you will have to take off the door skin from the inside and pull on the rod. Probably a seized power door solenoid

Welcome to the forum. Doesn't the middle seat flip down for access to the third row?

The seat that flips down is by the door that won't open. It will not unlock from outside or inside.

May need to do your best to get the door panel removed and manually actuate the door so you can find out what is going on....
