Default 2001 Suburban FRONT BLOWER MOTOR ISSUE

My 01 Suburban is having a front blower motor issue. Sometimes it works and sometimes it don't. All of the fuses are good but you can be driving down the road and it will just quit blowing then maybe hit a bump or railroad tracks and sometimes it will come back on. I changed the blower motor control module a couple of months back because it quit working. I have 12 volts going to the control module but nothing coming out but i believe this is a short/loose connection somewhere but i can't find it. Or could it be the climate control switches. I a wondering does the climate control switches tell the control module to put 12 volts to the fan motor when you turn the fan speed up? Any help or advice would be appreciated.
