Default 2002 A/C problem

Hello, I'm Adèle, I live in France. I bought a 2002 suburban. I have a lot of stuff I don't understand on it. when I turn on the air conditioning, it cools in the back, but in the front it's rather lukewarm. I saw that below the glove box, on the right, there is like a small trigger which allows you to block in heating mode on one side and in air conditioning mode on the other. but the air is still not at all as fresh in front as behind. do you know what i'm talking about? can you help me get this aircon to work in the front as well as the rear?

Adèle - you need to start your own topic. For you, first thing would be to have a shop extract/weigh the refrigerant amount in your vehicle, and make sure all the vent actuators are working properly.
