Default 2002 fuel pressure issues

2002 Tahoe with 5.3 V8/Auto

I have been chasing down DTC codes after it started running rough. 1st was "lean" indication at upstream O2 sensor. Installed new one and it cleared code. Next was the MAF sensor. Installed new one, and again cleared.

By this time the Tahoe will sometimes run, but eventually stall. I checked fuel pressure, came in at 10-15 psi. I figured it might be presssure regulator or fuel pump. I installed new regulator and now I have no pressure at all.

I just thought I would throw this out there before I dropped the fuel tank and a couple of Benjamins on a new pump.

Any feedback is appreciated in advance!

P.S. no new DTC's at present....just won't start

Your problem probably has been the pump the entire time.
