2002 Suburban brake bleeding issues
Had a leak in the steel lining before the rubber hosing going into the hub over the rear axle. I cut the steel line and replaced 1 foot lining with 1/4 copper nickel right before the rubber hose. I changed the calipers and installed new bleeder screws.
Now for some reason brake fluid is not coming out of the bleeder screws even though the master cylinder is full. I unplugged the rubber hosing on both rear calipers and after 10-15 presses with the car on, brake fluid comes out of both so I'm quite sure the brake fluid is reaching the calipers. However the is no fluid coming out the bleeder screw. I removed the entire bleeder screw and still nothing coming out. This is on either side of the rear axle.
I cannot figure out why the calipers are not filling with brake fluid. Is there too much air in the system and if so how do I get it all out? Any videos or write-ups to get me through?

if you follow the lines out of the m/c; is there a square junction block with a rubber cap on the end...with a tag behind the rubber cap? If yes, this is the proportioning valve. it needs to be opened with a $20 tool to bleed the rear brakes. no fluid will flow to the rear with this valve closed.
some builds have the p-valve others do not.
