Default 2002 Tahoe codes PO178 and PO179

My Tahoe shows these codes. I don't use flex fuel. Could these codes refer to some other sensor instead of the fuel composition sensor?

Welcome to the forum.

Is your truck built for FlexFuel? If so, then it will have the sensor. Doesn't matter if you burn corn in it or not.
