Default 2002 Tahoe ticking sound

So I'm getting a ticking sound from the front driver side wheel area. Let me start by telling you all that this sound is driving me crazy it gets louder while I'm accelerating and goes away as my speed reduces to under 5 mph. I have changed everything from here to the sun all suspension parts , CV joints, rotors , brakes etc. Even replaced both front and rear u joints. I'm at a complete loss of what it could be. Today I found that my fan can be stopped by hand while running now I'm not a mechanic but I'm pretty sure that's not good. So I'm wondering if the clicking could be coming from a bad fan clutch or even a bad water pump? Please any help would be much appreciated.

is it only with the engine running? could try going to a safe road and shutting it off to see if it is suspension related. From what you've explained it sounds a lot like an exhaust leak you might make sure you can see the bolt heads of all the exhault manifold bolts.

I just drove the truck down the road and it sounds like it has a card in the spokes of a bike , in fact after shutting it off while driving the road the clicking sound was still there , it's not getting louder or faster with acceleration it's getting faster and louder with wheel speed, remember I just changed all ball joints, tie rods, end links , hubs, rotors brakes, both front and rear u joints, CV joints and yet this ticking sound won't go away.
