Ok so now my problem is back, im not getting any power from the PCM at C1 pin 56. Before i had ran a wire from the pcm straight to the flex fuel sensor to fix the low voltage problem i had 2 years ago. Then recently i got a CEL for Flex Fuel sensor low voltage again, so i took my electrical test light and attached to the the wire coming out of C1 pin56 and i have no power at all.
