Died while driving a check brake service message came on the truck died and wouldnt start. The pcm fuse was blown replaced but it rain real rough and would eventually die. Any ideas? Not sure where to look abs or some other issue why would abs make it run like garbage? It blew the fuse again and died so something is amiss.

 

Sometimes, multiple electrical symptoms is a grounding issue. The negative battery cable runs down to the engine block. Take the cable off of the battery, then follow that cable down to the block. Pull that bolt out, it's a 12mm. Clean things up real good and see if that helps. Also, there's a frame ground on the driver's side where the parking brake cable runs into the cable housing. Clean that one up being real sure not to get garbage in where the parking brake cable goes into the cable housing. See if this helps. It's quick and easy, worth a try.

 

if you're repeatedly blowing fuses then you have an electrical fault. Open the PCM and inspect for corrosion/damage.

 

Also, the ABS light coming on under those conditions may not mean the ABS is the issue. When I had the grounding issue I was getting all kinds of lights and warnings.
