Default 2003 suburban porgramming new gauge cluster

Hello - Thanks for adding me to the group. I just bought an 03 suburban and had the gauge cluster replaced.
While I now enjoy fully functioning gauges I lost a portion of the menu. The steering wheel DIC buttons do nothing now.
I only get 3 items; odometer, trip odometer, and engine hours with the dash stalk
I lost all the DIC display options. Trip, fuel, oil life, locking, lighting, seat position memory, curb view etc. I’m a little concerned the low coolant, engine hot, and other warnings may not work either. Any ideas?
Also I can reset the clock but it switches from PM to AM after the reset.
Anybody have experience with this? Thanks.
Tom

Hi
Was it a new cluster or used? was it programmed using your vin number?

Did you have it programmed to your vin? they will work when you put them in but options may have been turned off in the vehicle it came in, programming will usually fix that

If you still have the old cluster, it might be less expensive to have it rebuilt rather than pay for reprogramming the cluster in the truck.
I paid $250 for a complete rebuild and adding a transmission temp gauge.
