2003 Tahoe Brakes rubbing/vibrating
I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe Z71, 4WD, 129k Miles.
A couple weeks ago I encountered this issue and just this morning it happened again. When coming to a stop (not abrupt or anything) the brakes (felt like the front brakes) seem to vibrate and it almost sounds like there are no brake pads. I wish that was the issue because that would be an easy fix but it's not because I checked and there is plenty of pad left. After braking, I got a warning that I have seen before "Battery not charging."
A couple days prior to this happening I got a battery warning, stating "Battery not charging" and then a "Check brake booster" that followed. After a couple minutes spent on this forum I came to the conclusion that the battery warning was a dirty alternator. I go off-roading a lot so it is pretty filthy. Haven't got the time to clean it yet so it's still relevant. Though I'm not sure what the brake booster warning is. Could that possibly be linked to my brake problem?

I thought it was a battery issue too until I got it tested. With that said though, those tests aren't always the most accurate. It almost seems like a faulty warning as I haven't experienced any effects from it. Knock on wood. Other then the breaks of course but even then I'm not sure that has anything to do with the break issue.
