Default 2003 Tahoe LT Grind from front wheels

Was driving yesterday and suddenly started hearing a clicking or grinding sound from my front drivers side tire. I can feel the grind in the stearing wheel. Also as I drove a Service 4wd message appeared on my panel. Does anyone know what this might be? Is it a costly fix?

The sound is only heard when I turn at slow speeds

Could be wheel bearings or cv joint

Also cheek the ball joints, and after that verify your front differential for any worn bearing noise.

My guess would also be the wheel bearings/hubs...
