Default 2003 Tahoe suspension upgrades

I am looking to upgrade my suspension in the front and back so that my tahoe rides a lot smoother or like it did when brand new and not so much like a truck. Does anybody have any ideas of things to change to achieve this? Plus, looking to improve HP, fuel milage, and sound more like a perofrmance truck. Any thoughts or things people have done would greatly be apprieciated.

Thanks,

Well have you done anything to the suspension so far like replacing the shocks. That would be the first thing I would do.

I have already changed the shocks both front and back with Bilstein shocks.

The only way to regain much of that "NEW" car feeling is to replace all of the rubber suspension and body mount bushings.

I've changed my shocks too for Bilstein but there's not much of a difference.
It's still like I'm sailing when driving it.
