2003 Z71 Fog Lamp Replacement Help

This may seem like a simple Q, but how do I replace the bulb/lamp in my 2003 Z71 Tahoe fog lights? Can't seem to twist or pop out the assy, and I don't want to force w/o knowing proper procedure.

There are 2 10MM bolts holding it in from behind.
