Default 2004 Tahoe NAV!

Hi there im new to this site and ive read about installing OEM NAVs in tahoes...i have a 2004 chevy tahoe Z71 package and im looking to install a OEM NAV in my vehicle ive looked at some other fourms and it seems i need part #15800001 this includes deck, antenna, and map cd....is this all i need i can jsut order this from the dealer or ebay and once i get it is it easy to install jsut unplug my built in 6 disc cd changer deck and plug the new NAV one in? what about the antenna...and programming i read that i need to install the deck than go to the dealer to program will they know what im talking about? thanks i hope someone can be of some help this is kidna all confuseing for me! thanks!!

There are several units that will work with your 04, you can get either a touch screen or the standard (with buttons down both sides) Nav unit.
Don't know all the part numbers off the top of my head but you can search this forum, it has been discussed previously.

Make certain to get the unit for the non-Lux (No Y91) option for your Tahoe.

You will need the GPS antenna and you will most likely have to have the dealer program it with Tech-2 to get it up and running once installed, the dealer will know what to do.
