Default 2004 Tahoe Z71 5.3 - Misfire on cylinder 2 & 7.

So I bought this Tahoe off an older woman who is the original owner from 2004. Had been sitting up the past 2-3 years. 185k miles.
I've got a misfire on cylinder 2 & 7 and I have no idea what it could be. I've replaced everything besides the entire motor
List of things I have replaced.
-Fuel pump
-Coil packs
-Spark Plugs
-Spark plug wires
-MAF
-Replaced all fluids
-Pulled both valve covers and checked all rockers and rods. Everything seems to be working properly. Nothing loose or jammed.
After all this I finally sent it to Chevy dealership and paid 120$ for jack xxxx. All I got back was I had 2 misfires and that compression read good on all cylinders. I'm gonna double check compression myself this weekend. I'm sure I'm missing some info. I love this Tahoe and sold my new charger just to have this but I'm at my end on this problem. ANY IDEAS?

Also, if I cant get it fixed I do know where a 2009 5.3L is for decent price with 90k miles on it. What I don't know is if it will run with my trans and components due to the 2007+ having the cylinder shutoff deal. What would I need to do if anything to get that motor running my Tahoe? AND THANKS EVERYONE. WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE SOME INPUT!
