Default 2004 Tahoe Z71 front end noise

2004 Tahoe Z71 has a noise that begins at 30 mph and only subsides with a slight right turn and under 30 mph. 101,475 miles. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Would you be able to tell once the wheels were off and spun just the axles?

Maybe or just raise and turn the wheel but if it's just started, it may be hard to tell.
