Angry 2004Tahoe PDM

Hello, I am new here and was wondering if someone might be able to help me, I have a 2004 Tahoe LS and a few months ago the power window switch stopped working, so I bought a used one and installed it, and it worked again, but not long after that my service tire monitor message came on and I can't get it to go away. I now know that the passenger side switch is called the PDM and controls the key fob and the air pressure sensors in the tires, but I try and try to get the sensors in learn mode, but nothing. I got the key FOB working after that I started the procedure to get the sensors in learning mode. I put on the parking brake, turned on the ignition, without starting and quickly turned the light switch on and off 4 times like it says in my owners manual but I can't get the horn to chirp to signal the start of the process. I even bought another switch (used) and same thing, no horn sound. Has anybody had this problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
