Default 2005 Regency Tahoe

I am new to the forum, but not to Chevy since I am the proud owner of 1996 Impala SS. My question is regarding the Tahoe's with the Regency Conversion. I was walking through my local Chevy dealership and saw two 2005 black and one 2005 white Regency Tahoe's STILL in the lot brand new. They were knocking 10K off of the 63K sticker. I have been having a hard time getting info on the web. I looked into the interior and there are some mods done to it that are nice as well as the other mods. Should I bother trying to get it and if so what would be a good price for an almost 2 year old truck sitting in the lot new? I could also get a stock one and do the mods through a mechanic, but wouldn't it void my warranty?? What do you guys think?
