Default 2005 Suburban A/C not working at all

I recently bought a 2005 Burban and when i test drove it the air blowing was a little weak but seemed to work so i just thought i would replace the blower motor. After i did that the air still didnt work so after some trouble shooting i believe the problem is that the blower control module is getting no power. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how i should fix it??

Test to find out if the blower motor is working at all speeds. If so, there could be a blockage or even the air getting diverted by a bad actuator.

For the record, my 2005 Yukon just had its blower resistor and blower motor replaced last summer, as air flow was intermittent.
