Default 2005 Suburban wheel and tire combo

Ok, I got a great deal on these tires and want to know what I can do to get them under my 05 suburban. I have heard of torsion keys but lack suspension knowledge and would like some help. Also, I do know that the stock 265X70R17 on my Z71 are 31.6" tall and these are 35 so I know there is about a 3.4 in height difference. Should I just keep them and run as is or should I do a lift kit? Also, this is a family car and I don't want to make the ride quality go down and make it to rough on the wife an kids; because we do tow a boat with it also. Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

Don't know about fitment but I'll bet w/ those lugs, they'll be very noisy.
