Stock 2006 Suburban CD factory stereo. If I can't remove the canned air straw that got shot into the CD slot, don't ask....
Can I swap with another from the salvage yard or are they security coded and need reprogramming?

 

'06 is back in the day security coded. I'd pull it out and pull it apart to get the straw out.

 

That's what I thought. Yeah..the wife was trying to help because the CD wouldn't eject fully. She tried to clean it and...well, there ya go...

There are a couple of the preset lights out so I thought I would swap it if easy. Luckily it's a simple removal.
